EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If an item is not suitable, within 14 days of the delivery date, you can return it to us.
However, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

If you want to exchange with another item, such as changing the size, you will need to complete the “NEW ORDER” section. If the amount of the new item is less than the returned item, we will refund the difference by bank transfer.
And if the amount of the new item is greater than the returned item, then the return form must be accompanied by a cheque or bank transfer.
We will let you cover the return costs and we will cover the delivery costs of your new item.
If despite all the care taken in the preparation, your article has a defect, we will cover the costs of return.
